At SLAI Life, every item is made with intention and shipped with care. Because many of our products are made-to-order, please allow a brief processing window before your order begins its journey to you.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our fulfillment partner.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • U.S. Orders: 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Canada: 7–12 business days.

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, customs delays, postal volume, etc.).

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected service. We partner with trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, and others) to ensure reliable delivery worldwide.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local carrier or post office. If it’s been more than 10 days since the delivery scan, contact us at hello@theslailife.com, and we’ll help guide you through next steps.

Multiple Items in One Order

Because many products are printed and shipped from different facilities, your items may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking numbers for each shipment.
