Question #1: How long does it take to process my order?
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our fulfillment partner.
Question #2: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that shipping times may vary by country, and any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Estimated Delivery Times
- U.S. Orders: 5–7 business days after processing.
- Canada: 7–12 business days.
- International Orders: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, customs delays, postal volume, etc.).
Question #3: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected service. We partner with trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx and others) to ensure reliable delivery worldwide.
Question #4: Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local carrier or post office. If it’s been more than 10 days since the delivery scan, contact us at hello@theslailife.com, and we’ll help guide you through next steps.
Multiple Items in One Order
Because many products are printed and shipped from different facilities, your items may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking numbers for each shipment.
Question #5: How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order goes into production, we may not be able to accommodate changes.

Question #7: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
First, we’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. We’ll make it right, whether that’s a replacement or refund. Please reach us through our contact page or by emailing hello@theslailife.com.
Question #8: Can I return or exchange an item?
We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To request a replacement or store credit, please reach us through our contact page or by emailing hello@theslailife.com with:
- Your order number,
- A brief description of the issue, and
- Clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll replace the item or issue store credit at no cost to you.
Question #9: Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! For books and journals, we offer automatic bulk discounts:
- Buy 20 items or more and receive 20% off automatically at checkout.
- For smaller quantities (under 20), you can purchase directly through the site at regular price.
For branded merch for your team (t-shirts, hats, hoodies, mugs, etc.), we’ve got you covered. For orders of 20 items or more, select “Bulk & Wholesale Orders” on our contact form or email us at hello@theslailife.com with the details (product, quantity, shipping address, and timeline).
