1) Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To request a replacement or store credit, email hello@theslailife.com with:

  • Your order number,

  • A brief description of the issue, and

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll replace the item or issue store credit at no cost to you.

2) Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Apparel or accessories ordered in the wrong size or color

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

We encourage customers to review sizing charts and product details before ordering.

3) Incorrect or Missing Items

If something is missing from your order or you received the wrong item, please email hello@theslailife.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of what was received.

4) Refunds & Processing

If a refund or store credit is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to post the credit.

5) Shipping Issues

We’re not responsible for items lost or delayed due to carrier errors once tracking information is provided. If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

6) EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (If Applicable)

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for unused items. Please note this does not apply to custom or print-on-demand products.
